For our Website we collect personal data from visits to this website in order to measure the website’s performance and to understand how our customers, suppliers and other interested parties access it. Also it's possible that cookies may be stored in users' browsers.

For Marketing under the conditions permitted by law and when relevant, we may use your personal data for prospecting and marketing purposes. For example, we may use your personal data, such as your email address, to send news and newsletters or to contact you about products or information from VALOFLY.

For Communication we may use your personal data to communicate with you, including responding to requests for assistance. We can communicate with you in a few different ways, including email and via your social media accounts if you have agreed, and/or text message us.

For Recruitment we use personal data when you apply for a job at VALOFLY.

Performance of VALOFLY business activities and Customer services

• We may use your personal data for VALOFLY sales and customer services activities, including customer relationship management, for technical support or other similar purposes and to establish and maintain customer accounts.
• We may process your personal data in the course of VALOFLY procurement activities such as new products or services contracts and supplier management.
• We may process your personal data in the course of VALOFLY public affairs management and/or Intellectual Property rights management or guest travel management.

Security we may use your personal data for user access management, IT security management, access badge management as soon as we provide such, visitor booking, security video surveillance (CCTV) and/or health & safety procedures.

We use a consent banner. Analytics, embedded videos and similar third-party services are only loaded after you give your consent. Your consent is voluntary, and you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of each page. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics is only activated after you have given your consent via our cookie banner.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse how visitors use our website, for example which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, which device, browser and approximate location (derived from a shortened IP address) they use. The data is used to compile reports that help us improve our website. In Google Analytics 4, IP addresses are not logged or stored.

The information may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to the extent Google LLC is certified under it, and otherwise on standard contractual clauses. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google. Data is retained for 14 months.

We use HubSpot, a CRM and marketing platform provided by HubSpot Ireland Limited, Ground Floor, Two Dockland Central, Guild Street, Dublin 1, Ireland (together with HubSpot, Inc., USA, “HubSpot”). We use it to manage enquiries, process contact and sales requests, send newsletters / analyse website usage.

If you submit a form on our website, we process the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, company, message) in HubSpot to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures, otherwise our legitimate interest in efficient communication, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Data may be transferred to the USA. This is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to the extent HubSpot, Inc. is certified under it, and otherwise on standard contractual clauses. This website uses the google font “Lato”. The font files are stored on our own server and loaded from there. No connection to servers of Google is established when you visit our website, and no data is transmitted to Google in this context. We process your IP address only as part of the server log files described above (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We embed videos from Vimeo, a service provided by Vimeo.com, Inc., 330 West 34th Street, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10001, USA (“Vimeo”). Videos, including the video in the page header, are only loaded after you have given your consent. Until then, no data is transmitted to Vimeo.

When a video is loaded, your browser connects to Vimeo servers. Vimeo receives, for example, your IP address, the page you are visiting, and browser and device information, and may set cookies or use similar technologies.
